Our Business

Our Mission: Fixing a Broken Healthcare System

ApolloMed is a physician-centric, technology-powered healthcare delivery company. We are a pure-play value-based care platform that empowers physicians with the tools and technologies to make their jobs easier, so they can provide the best possible care for patients in the most cost-effective way.

Taking Responsibility for the Health of Our Patients via a Risk-bearing Model

We use technology to fix the breakdown between healthcare and its delivery. We are poised to scale our self-developed technology platform nationwide to help providers effectively manage care and put their patients first.

We operate a risk-bearing model that assumes the risk of patient care through our consolidated independent practice associations (IPAs). Healthcare payers allocate a certain amount of dollars per patient to meet their healthcare needs. This model incentivizes our contracted physicians to provide optimal care in the most cost-efficient way.

Major Constituents of the Healthcare Delivery System

We provide care coordination services to every major constituent of the healthcare delivery system, including:

  • Patients
  • Families
  • Primary care physicians
  • Specialists
  • Acute care hospitals
  • Alternative sites of inpatient care
  • Physician groups
  • Health plans

Our Physician Network

Our physician network consists of over 7,000 contracted healthcare providers including:

  • Primary care physicians
  • Specialist physicians
  • Hospitalists
