Warren Hosseinion - M.D., CEO
Dr. Hosseinion co-founded ApolloMed in June 2001. He holds a B.S. in Biology with a Minor in Biochemistry from the University of San Francisco, M.S. from Georgetown University in Physiology and Biophysics, and a M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at USC Medical Center, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Adrian Vazquez - M.D., Chairman and President
Dr. Vazquez co-founded ApolloMed in June 2001. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Irvine, and a M.D. from the U.C. Irvine College of Medicine. Dr. Vazquez completed his residency in Internal Medicine from USC Medical Center, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Noel DeWinter - CFO
Mr. DeWinter joined ApolloMed in August 2008. He previously served as CFO of Wahlco Environmental (NYSE Listed), CFO of Bridgetech Holdings, CFO of Capital Pacific Homes and CFO of ViLink Communications. Mr. DeWinter holds a BA in economics from Carleton College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kyle Francis - Exec. VP Business Development
Mr. Francis joined ApolloMed in February 2009. Prior to joining ApolloMed, he was a member of the Healthcare Services Investment Banking Division of Oppenheimer & Co. and CIBC World Markets. Prior to joining CIBC World Markets, Mr. Francis worked at Enron Corporation. Mr. Francis holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in finance and accounting degree from McGill University.

Jagdish Belgaum - CTO
Mr. Belgaum joined ApolloMed in March 2007. He is an experienced entrepreneur with over 15 years in the technology industry. Most recently, he served as a founder and key executive in a company providing software solutions to the healthcare industry. Mr. Belgaum holds a M.S. in Computer Science from Bradley University and a B.S. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kamataka University, India.
